To make your hoop I will need to know: A/Total number of LEDs and types of LEDs (See the official LED chart) B/Whether it’s a one-circuit or two-circuit layout read about circuits C/ Any special way you want the LEDs in the hoop ( for example – alternating one type with another, or in groups of the same type, or at different distances from each other, or with some special symmetry…all these things will affect the trails and look of the hoop) D/ The type of tubing (width and material) Read about tubing E/ Overall diameter of the hoop F/Whether you want a lighter of heavier hoop.
